What are the benefits of soy wax?
K.Rose Wicks and Salts candles are made with natural soy wax, which is a renewable resource and has a longer burn time than traditional paraffin wax candles. Soy wax does not contain harmful chemicals used in most mainstream candles. Additionally, soy wax candles are known to produce less soot, helping to improve air quality and create a more pleasant scent.

How long should I let my candle burn when I first light it?
When you first light your candle you should let it burn uninterrupted for 3-4 hours. This is the time frame in which you should achieve a full melt pool. Full melt pools ensure the candle will burn evenly each time that it is burned.
What is your return policy?
You may return your unused product within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items. We do not accept exchanges at this time. Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival and let us know within 7 days if any significant damage occurred in transit.
